Our guidelines for returns and exchanges
At Farmoganic, your satisfaction and skin health are our top priorities. If your product arrives damaged or if you are not completely satisfied, here is what you need to know about our return policy.
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 15 days of the delivery date. Once the seal is broken on skincare or haircare products, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need an exchange for the exact same item, please follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange.
