Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on farmoganicwellness.com, sold by Farmoganic Wellness Products Private Limited.

1. Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Email care@farmoganicwellness.com or call +91 96995 77489 with your Order ID. We confirm the cancellation by email.

• Prepaid orders: the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery orders: nothing has been charged, so no refund is needed.

2. After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. After delivery you can return eligible products under our Return & Refund Policy. If you refuse a prepaid order at delivery, the refund is started when the parcel comes back to us and reaches you within 5–7 business days after that.

3. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, we cannot deliver to the address, there is a pricing or listing error, or the order appears fraudulent. We tell you by email or phone, and any amount paid is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your order was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, the extra amount is refunded automatically to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Write to us if you do not receive it.
